Sofiya Saboowala

Sofiya completed her Masters in Physiotherapy and she continues to enhance her knowledge and skills through courses in physiotherapy, She has completed Level 1, 2 & 3 of Pelvic Health and is certified to treat pelvic cases, She has done her Level 1 course in Concussion management. She also does Acupuncture and Dry needling to help her patients.

Sofiya treats a wide variety of cases and uses multimodal approach with Patients Education, active therapy, Acupuncture/Dry Needling and Manual therapy in her approach. She has experience working with different age groups. She believes in result oriented evidence based practise.

Outside work, she loves to read and teach her children. She enjoys meditating and nature.
